A bún bowl is the lighter way to eat at Cadao: cool rice vermicelli over lettuce, cucumber, bean sprouts, carrot and daikon, topped with something hot off the grill and a cup of fish sauce to pour over.

Grilled pork, grilled chicken, stir-fried beef, stir-fried tofu and egg roll bowls are $15. The combination bowl piles on an egg roll, grilled shrimp and grilled pork.
